Request this planEvery plan includes a two-person team, standard cleaning products and equipment, and travel within our service area. We ask you to supply water and electricity where needed.
Provisional pricing. Prices are a guide for an assessed small home or townhouse (around 100 m²) and are being confirmed. Size, bathrooms, condition, access, pets and your task list all affect the final quote. Larger homes and offices are quoted individually.
Four visits per calendar month is not the same as a weekly service — if you need a true weekly clean, ask us and we'll quote it separately.

Homes that need substantial catch-up cleaning start with a separately quoted initial deep clean, so routine visits can keep things fresh from there. We don't currently offer roof or high-level exterior work, hazardous waste, mould remediation, pest control or biohazard cleaning.

Sprout Cleaning Co. is a new cleaning business being built around a simple idea: keeping your space clean should be easier to organise. Our planned service combines regular appointments, clear cleaning checklists and monthly packages suited to your home or office.
We're starting small on purpose — one dedicated team, a compact route and a checklist for every property — so we can get the details right for each client from day one.
FAQs
Questions you might have
What does routine cleaning include?
Floors, dusting of accessible surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen worktops, sinks and appliance exteriors, cupboard fronts as agreed, emptying bins and agreed touch points. We confirm your priority rooms and tasks before the first visit and work within the agreed appointment time.
Do you supply products and equipment?
Yes — standard cleaning products and equipment are included. We ask you to provide water and electricity where they're needed.
How many visits are included each month?
Sprout Refresh includes one visit per calendar month, Sprout Maintain includes two and Sprout Routine includes four.
Is four visits per month the same as weekly?
Not quite. Some months have more than four weeks, so a true weekly service works out to about 52 visits a year. If you'd like weekly cleaning, ask us and we'll quote it separately.
Can I book a once-off clean?
Yes. Once-off deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans, pressure cleaning and other additional services are quoted separately after we've assessed the job.
Do you do commercial cleaning?
Yes. We clean offices, shops, showrooms, practices and other business premises — on a monthly plan or as a once-off. Every commercial site is assessed and quoted individually.
Can you clean after hours or at night?
Yes, for businesses. If you're too busy during the day or have customers on site, we can clean in the evening or at night so there's no disruption. We'll agree the times, access and security arrangements with you when we quote.
What can you pressure clean?
Ground-level hard surfaces such as driveways, paving, patios, pool surrounds and walls. We'll look at the area before quoting. We don't do roofs or high-level work.
Does my property need an initial deep clean?
If your space needs substantial catch-up cleaning, we'll recommend a separately quoted initial deep clean before your routine visits begin. We'll tell you during the assessment.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. We'll agree access arrangements with you before your first visit and handle any keys or access codes carefully.
How are pets and property access handled?
Tell us about your pets and access when you request a quote. We'll agree what works for your household as part of your checklist and appointment arrangements.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Get in touch as early as you can. Our rescheduling arrangements will be set out clearly in your agreement before your first visit.
How do I report a missed task?
Let us know as soon as possible after your visit. We use a checklist for every property, which helps us look into it quickly and put it right.
Which suburbs do you cover?

When is monthly payment due?
Monthly plans are paid in advance, before the month's scheduled visits. Your first visit takes place after you've accepted your quote and paid.
