When you request a quote, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address (optional), suburb, property details, preferred plan and days, and any notes about access, pets or priorities.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, assess your property and prepare your quote. If you become a client, we use them to arrange and carry out your cleaning visits.
Marketing
We only send news and offers if you tick the optional marketing box. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Sharing and keeping your information
We don't sell your information. We keep it only as long as we need it for your enquiry or service, and we take reasonable care to keep it secure — including any access codes or keys you entrust to us.
